Eat right for your food sensitivities so that you begin to heal and feel better. You may need to avoid certain foods (i.e. gluten, dairy or nuts) but aren’t sure how or what to cook. We take the mystery and difficulty out of planning and cooking meals with new or unfamiliar ingredients.
Eat healthier in general. So many people want to adopt a healthier approach to eating but don’t have the time to research the recipes, learn new ingredients and cooking methods. > Community Supported Kitchen Shares Community
Supported Kitchen (a.k.a. Weekly Meal Program) is similar to a CSA,
except instead of a box of fresh produce for you to cook, you get a
weekly box of prepared foods made from a combination of fresh, organic
and when available, local and artisan-made ingredients. This service
helps to build a stronger connection between local farms, artisans,
fresh food and you.

acquainted with unfamiliar ingredients, new ways of cooking and have
fun doing it. Take one of our public cooking classes or book a private
class
for your friends of family members.
> Demystifying Food, an Online Workshop Maybe
you don't have the time to attend a class in person but want to learn
how to understand food and eat better. Our on-line workshops are a
convenient alternative. We want to help demystify good eating and
empower you to make informed decisions that will enable you to eat with
confidence. Consider this series of online workshops like boot camp,
where we get down to basics and do some intense learning that will help
you change your life. Workshop 1, Basics of Whole Food Eating, begins January 23.

diets? Know someone who is? Have food sensitivities but don't know how
to prepare the right foods? Work with a culinary coach who can help
provide individually designed support for your specific needs with
weekly menus, shopping lists, cooking and nutrition tips and more.

it be nice to know that someone is in your corner, helping you to eat
the way you want to? Maybe you are trying to lose weight, avoid certain
foods or include new ones. Maybe you have food sensitivities. You want
fresh, healthy meals cooked for you according to your needs and
schedule. Similar to a personal chef, our service takes the stress out
of eating well, but we do the cooking at our kitchen, instead of yours,
and deliver the food to you.
