Workshop 1 - The Basics of Whole Foods Eating
Session runs: January 23 - February 17

- Week 1; "Move Over, Brown Rice". Whole grains are not just about brown rice and oatmeal. We'll explore the many health-supportive whole grains out there, many of which are gluten-free, and learn about the nutritional aspects, basics on how to cook grains and creative, delicious recipes so you can have a variety of grains in your arsenal to choose from when making meals.
